Justin Tishman attended Springfield College and graduated in 2004 with a degree in Psychology and minor in Rehabilitation Studies. Justin played both baseball and rugby in college. After graduating Justin worked at the Greece Olympics working directly with the athletes and there families. Justin began his career at Kids and Crisis a shelter for homeless youth. Justin providing crisis intervention and community outreach. After Kid in Crisis Justin became the Executive Director of the Outback Teen Center in New Canaan, CT. Justin provided a safe and pro-social environment for local youth. Justin is currently working as a Juvenile Probation Officer for the State of Connecticut.
